Welcome to the newly launched Agility Leadership group (formerly Agile Leadership London), hosted by Giles Lindsay and Ashleigh Dueker. Join us online on Tuesday 1st December from 18:30 – 19:45 GMT for a panel event titled "Enhancing Organisational Agility". Agenda: 6:30pm - ⌚ Arrivals and pre-networking 6:35/40pm - 🎤 Session by the panel 7:15pm - Q&A 7:45pm - End 🛏️ About the Talk: Due to the current global crisis and changes with Brexit in January 2021, enhancing organisational agility is more important than ever. Organisations need to increase their agility to respond quickly to a rapidly changing environment, and continually deliver solutions faster than competition. In this panel event, we explore common challenges and tips for success to enhance organisational agility, as we move in to 2021. About the speakers: Alex Potter is the CEO of SiSU Health Group (UK and EU), and former Head of Co-op Health and Head of Innovation at Well Pharmacy. Alex has significant experience in leading the development of digital and agile businesses/propositions for the healthcare market globally. He has developed and launched digital start-up businesses, and led the development of digital propositions for existing businesses using lean startup principles and agile development techniques. He has enhanced and optimised business performance utilising digital and robotic process automation to reduce operational cost. Russ Lewis is a Digital Transformation expert and Senior Agile Coach for large companies such as banking (both payments and investment varieties), online gaming, travel, and hotel booking sectors. You won’t find these on his resume, but he’s performed IT turnarounds and transformation rescues as Interim CTO and management consultant. As a software engineer, he led the team that designed and built TfL’s contactless fares system. As technical instructor and course author, he travelled the world and was regularly hired to consult for the organizations he taught. He writes articles and sometimes talks at conferences. Giles Lindsay is a technology and agile leader with over 25 years’ industry experience. He is a former CTO and is now the CEO of Agile Delta Consulting. He is also a Fellow with the Chartered Institute for IT and a Fellow with the Institute of Analysts and Programmers. Giles is a UK leading practitioner in Disciplined Agile, as well as a Certified Enterprise Agile Coach. He is currently President of the Business Agility Institute UK Chapter and is also a member of the Advisory Council of the PMI Disciplined Agile Consortium. As a management consultant, she has worked across industries, mid-market and large corporate landscapes to define transformation business cases for existing organisations using lean and agile principles, optimise business performance and reduce operational costs.
